Delivery Policy
At Territory Engraving we deliver Australia wide. We use a variety of transport options depending on where your order is travelling to. If you place an order through our website and the freight charges will not cover getting your order to it’s destination in the required time, we will contact you to discuss alternative freight charges/options.
We do our best to make sure that your order is well protected for it’s journey, however, we are not in control of how it is handled once it leaves our store. If your order is damaged when it arrives, please get in touch so that we can organise a replacement/find a resolution with you on (08) 8981 9661 or accounts@ttpe.com.au.
In Store Pick Up
Our store is open Monday - Friday, 9 - 5pm in Palmerston at 9/38 Georgina Crescent, Yarrawonga NT 8030 (right next door to FuelExpress, corner Roystonea Ave and Temple Terrace).
You are welcome to pick your order up once it is completed.
